Honestly, longevity reasons what prevented me from entering. This doesnt sound that bad after reading the investor pres, it seems management are proactive so i might consider tipping half my BRK out into this if i can get it at a good price.
If i was an existing shareholder, i'd be happy with this, (maybe) impressed - this keeps you going to about 2030+ @ approx 1k boepd - not overly expensive and still money in the kitty for other future opportunities.
