The gas here is already found and has been known about for decades. It's just behind casing in wells that were drilled for oil.
They may or may not flow as well as CTP are assuming, depending on reservoir quality and depletion. But they wouldn't have any info on that yet that they are sitting on, I expect when the wells have been online a week or so they will update the market.
I remember the drunken rig incident too, but the person who decided that wasn't something the market needed to know about hasn't been involved for many years.
