That 30TJ is just a copy-paste from the predrill target, we won't know if they'll actually manage it until they are both hooked up.
Then they won't be able to hide it, as Mereenie daily production is given on AEMO's website. So we'll find out exactly how much they add. We should see two distinct jumps as WM29 will come on first - in the next 2 weeks apparently. So we'll know how much each is adding.
