    Blacktip is still down, been shut in for 11 weeks and counting. Even if this well they are currently drilling does allow it to restart (and I imagine that will be a couple of months away at least due to the need to complete and connect it) I don't see that allowing the NGP to restart.

    Current Wallumbilla spot price is still over $12 so with around $5 in tolls to get to Darwin reverse flow doesn't seem an option either.
