Yes an MOU is barely worth the paper it's printed on but the key will be this progressing to FID.
Whether the economics still stack up when TB realise quite how much it costs to do anything in Central Australia compared with a similar project in the US is an open question. But I reckon that no matter what pre-feas numbers they are working on they are probably an underestimate.
