Acid is mainly used for cleaning up formation damage. This well was drilled with air so shouldn't have any formation damage. It may help a bit depending on the rock composition but I don't think it will do too much.
Let's wait for the official results. It could flow 500Mscfd or it could flow nothing. If it's the first there is a chance further work will help, whether it's acid or frac or whatever. If it's the latter then it's time to get out the Dyson because it's a straight up duster and nothing is going to help.
