Really puzzling how they can claim "a separation, is in the shreholders best interests and will benefit customers and team members of both groups" on this announcement AND the in the investor presentation on the same day on page 4 showing a nice Venn Diagram showing the "Win-Win" partnership between the joining of Woolworths group and Endeavour Group. "Complements our food offer with drinks" etc etc
