That means they will go for a JV then. As if it is a TO then they will grab the 25% of Axon. No point of doing this separation if a TO takes both projects anyway.
NVX has a relationship with Panasonic.. imagine if it is Panasonic joining LEL's Solaroz, with 10% of JEMSE ( just like Orocobre started with Toyota...).
