As a LEL holder, when the merger goes through and IPO's do we automatically get x number of shares in axon based on / deducted from our current LEL holdings or do we need to apply for the new Axon shares? ie: do we need to physically do anyhting or just let to play out? Nevr been involved in merger spin-off as a holder before..
