The updated proposal refers to "a premium to Skilled’s recent undisturbed share price".
In fact the recent share price was HIGHLY disturbed. The undisturbed share price was $2.15! And it represented excellent value at that price. I was ready to load up when trading was halted and the announcement made. Bit of luck that...
This last statement adds nothing of value to the proposal... just bickering over trivialities.
