I'm out too despite the extra CGT involved in not quite holding for a year. The capital raising followed hard on its heels by a proposed merger that seems of no benefit to PGF shareholders is a huge reg flag for me, especially as management was promoting the share purchase plan in a way I have never seen before in almost 30 years of investing. I'm going to miss the dividend but I'll sleep better at night.
