I emailed Paul Moore a couple of weeks back and had a call back from him pretty quickly.
He basically said that he wasn't a director of PGF so nothing to do with him.
He seemed quite irritated that I would question his 'integrity' re the capital raising and merger and the timing of both.
Left me a bit concerned so am looking to lighten/exit once I find an alternative at a reasonable price.
