I wish you are right. I don't have any trust on current company chair intentions as historical results shows he was not honest with shareholders, and most of his decisions specially on acquisition were so wrong.Hopefully currecurrent CEO (major shareholder) doesn't rely on chair's advices and study the Ch2 past performance and business model himself.
As growing a business blindly doesn't always produce good results for shareholders.
