Bias point of view from you as a TMT shareholder, tmt board knew they couldnt get there project into production by themselves, hense why they want to merge with AVL. AVL is the bigger company and if they want to merge it has to be more favorable to AVL. Suck it up and stop complaining, TMT has a plan and know alot more than what you and i know and they obviously see it in there best interests to move forward with this option.
