Not sure why you're being so combatative. I'm just pointing out the history of AVL's CFO. I would think that would be of interest to TMT holders contemplating the change in management.

Personally I would expect the CFO of a company to be instrumental in setting appropriate spending controls and financial governance procedures within a company, and its subsidiaries... Financial risk management at Illuka?? You can judge for yourself whether this was done adequately at Firefinch or not. Maybe the issue is/was, he is an investment banker, corp transaction type, and not a corporate accounting and financial governance professional...IDK.
