    The company will apply to the ATO for a determination. Most likely there will be rollover relief as this will be a scrip for scrip takeover and no cash is changing hands. This means your cgt purchase date and cost base will be your TMT ones.

    We won't know 100% until the specifics come out and the ATO releases their determination.
