Whether this deal goes through or not, now they have planted seeds of doubt in my head. There is something they know that we don't know. Therefore, not matter how hard we try we can't see the merit in this merger for TMT. Yet the board voted unanimously and for a meager premium.

Something doesn't seem right. A couple of days back, we were all hoping for the EPA/ FID and here we are 5 months of merger followed with 5 months of studys and then an updated BFS.

also the merged entity will at some point have to do a consolidation. May be 1Q of 2024.

And yes, I too would like to know why they set aside 4 months for the merger. Is this the the norm?
