For those who want to hold through the merger, from now on till the merger in Q1 24, AVL SP is probably more important than TMT's SP.

Let's hope AVL SP doesn't go down, because if it does then we will be short changed. The 4 months lead time makes me nervous.

If AVL's SP goes down, the 12 AVL shares at the point of implementation might be equivalent to 8-10 current AVL shares and not 12 as promised.

Just a rough back of the envelop calculation using fictitious AVL and TMT SP at the point of merger to indicate the significance of AVLs SP for us going forward.
