I 100% disagree with this silly summation......seeing 1 as better than 2 does not automatically imply lack of confidence in your own project....TMT directors have taken the view there is more likelihood of success and funding with a combined company
Shareholders can vote yes/no or sell like this poster did......this same poster was super bullish on another v stock then trashed it and bailed....has form
