Looks like someone in RCF made a moron level error, investing in AVL's oxidised resource, heavily diluted register and self serving management team.

Rather than getting real, and backing their jewel-in-the-crown investment in TMT, they've dumped AVL's failure on TMT.

Hugely damaging, but do the arse-savers at RCF care?

RCF no doubt patted themselves on the back for being cunning stunts with this move, but look at the market reaction....

No euphoria about "synergies"?

Less than zero "premium" for the creation of an "Australian V Champion"?

The market sees right through this sad, pathetic weeze.

AVL is an overblown also-ran at best, and will never survive on it's own merits.

A $50 million election-time "pledge", from an outgoing government, is what's kept AVL looking credible. Shakey, at best.

TMT has the viable, top quality, responsibly governed project.

If Australia is to have a major V producer in the global market, with a Green Tech industry downstream, we need to focus on being the best with TMT,.

The worst thing for Australia is to dilute and squander this opportunity, just to save the pride and arses of a few sleazy hustlers

i don't know what sort of gun RCF have planted in Ian's back, but he should be praying that this suicidal stunt does not pass.

TMT management has clearly been passed to AVL's hustlers, with Ian kept on until "integration" / hand-over is done, and he's out of a job.

An honest man doing a successfil job; there's nothing failing hustlers fear and hate more than that.
