So the merger conditions keep mentioning this independent report regarding whether this deal is recommended for TMT shareholders. Has anyone caught sight of who is doing this report, or when will it be seen?

I imagine it will talk up the benefits of a strengthened combined entity, but will they also be able to tell us with a straight face that our NPV and stage of progress TMT was at is only worth a few million more than our current market cap?

Independent I guess has to mean no ties or biases, but RCF wouldn't be risking egg on their face to have a report show TMT shareholders are better off not taking the deal or voting for better terms?

Given all that I feel like we'll just be getting a fluff piece that says exactly what RCF would want it to say.
