@avinvest, I fully agree with you & was contemplating asking the same question as you.

Possibility, is manipulation of TMT share price, by certain instos, who shall remain nameless, to show TMT holders what a good deal they are getting & 'encouraging' our yes vote.

Personally I have tried hard to find any reason to link/merge with AVL but, no matter how hard I try, I can't find one. Their ore body, their metrics, their board, their huge number of shares from capital raises, all seem inferior to me. And the 9 odd years they have been going & still nowhere reinforces that view. I think AVL is extremely overpriced & maybe the other possibility is that some TMT holders think the same.
