correction: the minute I posted the above, a rather large sell parcel sitting at 26.5c has been move further up

IMO, manipulation at play to push down TMT and push up AVL so that 1 TMT:12 AVL deal looks more appealing to TMT shareholders and they vote "YES".

Given the implementation is 4-5 months away, the current ratios might be irrelevant by then. we can't predict the future. What if AVL sp drops and TMT sp goes up in January/February just before the merger? Then we will be short changed.

Don't want to take the risk now.
