Given the implementation is 4-5 months away, the current ratios might be irrelevant by then. we can't predict the future. What if AVL sp drops and TMT sp goes up in January/February just before the merger? Then we will be short changed.

Don't want to take the risk now.

Totally agree with the manipulation. They know shareholders aren't happy with the offer proposed.

@sabine Don't think you are going to change anyone's mind here. We know we are being extremely undervalued in this deal. Head back over the fence.
