Can someone please confirm my maths?

AVL current SOI is 4.4 billion shares. plus the latest placement of 603 million shares. = 5.003 billion shares.

So if TMT was hypothetically going for a 50/50 split?

TMT under a 50 / 50 deal would be = 5 billion / 254,000,000 (TMT current SOI) = 19.68 to 1 would need to be the deal for TMT to gain a 50 / 50 deal. Best round that up to 20 to 1.

Someone quoted 8 billion shares on issue is actually 10 billion after the merger takes place???

So does that mean AVL shareholders will actually face 50% dilution after the deal is done also??
