It’s the controllers that matter, not the ones who engage in internet forum slanging matches so who cares what they do?
And after scanning the presentation quickly I’m pleased to see RCF is fully behind this deal which has actually had lots of pre-announcement hints from Regal and Tribeca funds since the last cap raise.

I also think the RCF buy in price to AVL is much higher on average than 0.27c?
Therefore it sees significant value in the merger!

And Australian Vanadium is a FAR better name than Technology Metals Australia!
