Why would it do that?
Owning 18% of a company with a gazillion shares means there are plenty of others to share the current risks!
But if AVL suddenly drops like a stone and RCF starts to build its’ holding the other shareholders will be informed!
Ditto if the price there jumps and RCF starts to accumulate.
My guess is the price at AVL will go up due to a number of factors including that it will possibly get both the TMT tenements and also announce funding interest; possibly from those wanting to secure offtakes(?).
It will also announce its’ Horizon pilot plant is up and running, and getting the electrolyte plant in operation (soon?) will secure its’ government funding!
Maybe an EPA approval for TMT will even ignite the AVL price a bit?
I respect and congratulate you on the authentic-seeming cautious and conservative approach you are taking to this Gollada but all up think the odds are on our side in terms of profitability after the merger, and possibly even before.
(Although Regal is in the frame now so who knows what shareprice tricks may be played?)
