No mate - I've no intention of buying back in to either TMT or AVL, not when TMT management are supporting a merger that will see all but one of the current TMT chair and board members discontinuing their roles, and the current CEO and CFO discontinuing their roles, and the assets of the company given to AVL and put under their management. I'm still absolutely stunned at seeing how current TMT management appear to be giving up on their project. A stab in the back for shareholders, for sure. I've no argument with holders here, this had all the elements of a very promising project. Like many, I spent a huge amount of time doing DD and background study. But any trust in TMT management/board just went out the window this week. I wish you all the best of luck, I'd be fighting hard for a cash payout, if I still had any shares in this.
