@sabine
Hi, thanks for the reply
"Working off that estimate I consider it possible that AVL’s downward turn may have been manipulated in order to give a better starting point to TMT holders and to allow RCF to lower it’s average through the 2.6c credit raise.
12 shares at 3.6c each would give TMT holders a merger value of 43.2 c I think
12 shares at 3.7c a value of about 44.4c
12 at 3.9c would mean TMT shares were valued at 46.8c."
Sabine - this is exactly why 12:1 is way too low.
Respectfully the figures you quote are meaningless as AVL is 2.9 c
They are offering 34.8c based on the SP today.
34.8c
This is why I, and many others, are insisting on a higher ratio to get this takeover through.
It's protection against exactly what you wrote, and I have highlighted above.
12:1 has exactly zero chance of going through - this is a fishing trip by RCF to see just how much more they will have to pony up to get this done.
If 12:1 gets very little support outside of RCF / Bridge St / Board members then RCF know they have to come back with a much higher ratio.
Much higher.
It's absolutely vital, to get a better second offer from RCF that EVERYONE who wants a better deal, votes no.
As should you Sabine, as it's in your own interests in the future if you don't mind me saying.
There are a number of groups formed that oppose this - if you are reading this, intend to vote NO and haven't made contact to be an informed part of this moving forward - then Troy has kindly set up a group for exactly this purpose.

First zoom meeting is tomorrow evening - I'd respectfully ask ALL shareholders who are opposed to this offer - or even just THINKING about declining, to join up and listen to the groups thoughts.
There will also be more info from the much larger and well connected 'NO' group and how we can all work together to get a result that everyone benefits financially from.
Please join.
