With regard to RCF buying out the entire merged entity Which I am certainly concerned about I would hope the Government FIRB entity would have something to say about that I hope. Unless Biden made some deal with Labor when setting up his "Inflation Reduction Act". I'm sure there are plenty of smaller s/h's here and on AVL who would take substantial losses if the entity was being bought out at a bargain. I have been fooled a few times where shareholders have been kept in the dark until they suddenly have no way other than accept the deal. I hope I am wrong but for many to sit on their shar holdings for another year or more only to be duped is criminal IMO. Maybe someone here with more knowledge on legalities and disclosure could expand. Thank you. GD
