Hence as a TMT shareholder I would like to see some of that value reflected to all TMT holders.

There is no question TMT has AVL over a barrel mine economics wise and I could prove that no worries hence why I am not an AVL holder. The TMT integration was better than AVLs BFS and the TMT Bankable models expectation was further improvement pending inflations impacts on opex however than would be the same for AVL.

Compare charts all you want however TMT holders know the differences in the ore bodies. Shareprice is not always a reflection of value.

I am saying in terms of a deal no comparison can be made between AVL and TMT.

AVL has an uneconomic mine and a battery business

TMT has a higher economic mine and can easily develop a downstream electrolyte business.

The bottom of the vanadium price cycle is what’s beating everyone related to vanadium. If the V price was $10 per pound or greater we would not be having this conversation.

The threat from finance too only fund one company is a bluff and everyone knows where the value lies!

Maybe some holders are on the wrong side of the fence time will tell

You mean until April 1, 2024?
- I am aware of the pending EPA approval.
- and the independent experts review to confirm or not the company estimates on pricing and ore
- and the $1.4 m tax rebate that paid analysis company said was due in August .

what else were you expecting to give price upside in the next six months please ?
