Look I own shares in both companies and don’t get you guys here bagging the merger. Obviously if this doesn’t go through which of course it will cause the big guys have already agreed to it what then. TMT are going to look like they can’t possibly get going but nothing really changes for AVL. AVL now have around $40 mill in their bank account with another $40 mill coming from the Commonwealth Government. Their company’s valued at over $130 mill where as TMT not quite $70 mill. We’re not going to get any more than 12 - 1 ratio. It’s just not going to happen. Better to at this stage go with it and wait for funding to happen when everyone will win!
TMT haven’t even done a BFS which also takes time and a hell of a lot of money..
RCF seem to know what they are doing.

I saw the announcement.

TMT is in the final stages of its EPA approvals, native title, and Bankable Financial model. A BFS "study" per se is not required.

Those announcements could come at any time.

Another poster needs to do some research.
