Do you really think the "little guys" with less then 15% of the stock could run the show at TMT ? A tight register means jack when the last annual report shows the top 20 owning 60% of the company and between them and the management they have 70% of the stock.
If like you say the register is so tight how do you explain that I've managed to make the top 231 list in just over a week since the merger was announced without pushing the price of TMT up as you'd think it would the case with a tight register ? Quite the reverse, as of now I'm just over $2k in red on my TMT holdings and since the merger announcement came out AVL share price is holding steady while TMT has dropped over 10% so your tight register claim is not holding much water.
