- either you have secrets that will see the shareprice flourish and you know better than everyone else.
- or you’re just plain greedy and you reckon you can milk more than 12 shares costing 2.7c each out of the deal ?

You are the only holder here who supports the merger at 12:1 (apart from a few AVL holders from over the fence who have decided to come here and post.)

I honestly haven't come across anyone who only holds TMT and is supportive at 12:1.

Mergers are generally done at about a 50% premium. 15 or 16 is fair and I'm not sure why you don't realise this.
