I don't get the AVL HOSTILITY when

a) AVL and TMT are teaming up. TMT are joining your AVL team. Imagine if Ronaldo was going to Inter Miami, and Messi came out and said actually he isn't as good as me, and he never will be, and we are helping him into retirement with some good money he never would've got on his own. It wouldn't happen. I don't think the few on here represent that majority at AVL (both shareholders and board).

b) AVL (currently) are getting a way better deal (at 12:1), based on TMT's more advanced enviros and titanium coproduct, without even getting into the different vanadium deposits.



If the proposal was 30:1 or $2 a share or something crazy, I would expect AVL hostility and it would be justified, but not at 12:1, so I will meet any AVL hostility now with the ignore button.
