I’m the only TMT holder on Hot Copper who supports the merger???
Oh dear.
But my view is this issue is somewhat bigger than this ‘room’ Handy.
As far as reading the room goes :
I did read @Blythe fan ‘s epic spray indicating no belief in the reality of changed management/changed ways at AVL, no confidence in the placement of government grants, etc etc, and also stating an opinion that that AVL price was being artificially propped up at 2.7c a share indicating the proposed value merger value of 32.5c was fake … and that maybe they “ .. should have taken profits at 45c here” instead”..

But when I asked ‘the room’ if 15 shares valued at 3c each (ie valuing TMT at 45c) would have been a more acceptable deal there was no response !

And I don’t know what it says in your back room version of Hoyles rules book about what’s normal with mergers but I truly can’t see the AVL price as being artificially propped UP.
I see it as propped down if anything !
And given the price of vanadium, lack of cash here, share price, vanished MOUs, management wishes and more, I am quite curious about what you TMT vigilantes think is fair in dollar values here and why you think it?
