Read Blythefan's post again.. It may be on the extremer side of seeing all positive for TMT and all negative for AVL, but even if you take the extremity out of it, it goes a long way to explaining why TMT shareholders feel we are getting the rough end of the stick.
At minimum, we deserve a lot more answers before accepting it as a good deal, at any price.
We're all just going by "It must be neccessary if Ian agreed".
Even just ignore every plus listed for TMT and negative for AVL, if you simply believe any of TMT's milestones slated for the next 4 to 6 Months was likely to eventuate, we are being cheated out of any of that upside, so either raise the offer, or explain in a hell of a lot more detail why this is merger is the better alternative.
At least that's my humble reasons for voting No at this stage.
