    My personal view is RCF are priming us to be bought out by an iron ore miner who:

    - can fund this through to production

    - can be a one stop shop for steel producers with vanadium and iron ore

    IMO once we are merged with EPAs done, RCF are going to look to flip us and get their investment back with (hopefully) a small return.
