Are TMT even still going ahead with that 3 Month Independent Review they started a while back, which they told us was supposed to be an in depth review of TMT, for the purpose of giving any potential financiers an independent but detailed analysis of TMT as a business case to lend to..

If that is exactly what it is, would they have not called it off after "agreeing" to the merger?

A) what use is it if the metics all change around after integration anyway?
B) I suppose if it suspiciously mentions a lot about TMT most likely struggling to get finance on their own despite a decent project but if they happened to have a neughbour that they could merge with, then things would improve dramatically, I suppose that is evidence they will like in support of their decision.
C) Would RCF or nyone wanting a yes vote want to risk this report even suggesting that TMT have a solid case and a decent chance of finding funding through w, x, y or z options on their own?

I am maybe guessing it has been killed?


I assume this second independent report that the merger is dependant on should analyze both TMT as it's own entity, AVL as it's own entity, and the benefits to either and or if a merger happened. I really suspect it WILL suspiciously say exactly what RCF want it to say, but I am honestly just being pessimistic and sceptical..

But I guess, can ANY of us be so absolute in our Fors or Against for this merger, before any of us know any of the facts? Or before we see the Independent Report?

I admit i'm pretty steadfast at this point against, but I am open to what an independent expert has to say. I'll at least value that over what RCF tells me is good for me.

Maybe even people 100% yes at this stage should remain open minded too.
