By dominating if you mean 'no campers' are getting more support/likes then it is because most TMT holders see eye to eye with the 'no campers' and that is because they either don't believe the merged entity will have better chances than TMT on it's own OR they are not happy with the premium being offered.
Secondly the 'yes campers' who are trying to FORCE their opinion here are predominantly AVL shareholders. in this deal, it is the TMT and not AVL holders who are getting shortchanged.
Please get over yourself. Just because your arguments seem rational to you, doesn't mean it will seem rational to everyone.
And like @Hawk70 said, why do you get irked when we say NO. We have as much right to say NO as you have to say 'yes'. Just accept it and move on.
You don't have to counter every argument in a forum. It is not about dominating.
