    Your attitude towards this whole thing genuinely fascinates me.

    You seem to think that if the merger is a good idea (which it may well be) then TMT holders shouldn’t get in the way of it and should accept the offer.

    Is that correct?

    But let’s now suppose we were being offered 6 AVL shares per TMT share... Surely you wouldn’t accept that.

    Which means your YES/NO number is somewhere between 6 shares and 12 shares.

    This number is entirely subjective based on how valuable you think TMT is. Everyone’s number will be different. And that’s okay.

    Yours is probably about 10. Mine is 15 or 16. Someone else’s will be 14.

    You can’t say that someone is greedy and sabotaging just because they value TMT differently.

    The ASX wouldn’t exist if people didn’t disagree. Every single trade means 2 people disagree.
