Teddie if you’re going to play war games with me as well as with AVL i think that IS risible!
I actually posted that I realised I was the dumb one for trying to balance the torrent of AVL and RCF directed spew in a situation where ‘even Blind Freddy’ could see that both companies needed the merger!

Discovering the parlous position of TMT finances in March has reinforced my belief that TMT was and is unable to progress on its’ own despite banking more RCF money.

And FWIW I’m sure it was actively seeking alternative finance to another package from RCF at that time. but not only did noone acceptable step up, it revealed itself to be in a vulnerable position to parties able to lend or set up offtake deals at terms strongly in their favour.

You can argue the better ground and water license all you like but that’s not all that a value assessment is made up of as you know.
