that's exactly it - you nailed it !!!! TMT management undoubtedly know these figures, but we don't. I bet RCF have a very good idea of the figures for TMT too, otherwise they wouldn't be making merger plans with AVL, and investing more millions in AVL. These figures should be getting released to us right now, before the vote is taken. TMT are not being fully transparent. There is a basic requirement for them to be open and transparent.
