Troy why the return to the ‘AVL and RCF are trying to pull the wool over TMT shareholders eyes’ thinking ?
Isn’t that a bit paranoid?

It seems to me you assume AVL and RCF are colluding against TMT simply because TMT is being backed into the larger entity and taking over its’ name?
I see it as a form of reverse takeover!

RCF chose the TMT deposit over the AVL one back in 2021!
It installed a director to THIS company to help it progress.
Now it’s prepped the way to back the TMT deposit into a larger company with more cash, more advanced downstream processing networks, a new board ( indeed it’s ‘sudden’ presence at AVL may have helped give credibility to that company for those joining it at board and management level) and more.

And it’s doing it it by setting up a merger where given its’ quantum of shares and its’ average price IT IS THE ONE TAKING THE (short term hopefully!) BIGGEST LOSS OF ANYONE!!!

It wants to protect and sustain its investment HERE!!
