It's been unanimously decided by the TMT board and states each director of TMT intends to vote all TMT shares they control in favor of the scheme as well as TMT's largest shareholder RCF confirming its intention to vote its 18%shareholding in tmt in favor of the scheme. You should be happy tmts project would never have been able to get up and running without this merger, otherwise ur director wouldn't be doing this. AVL is taking TMT over and making a mega project
