they could do a cash and script deal of double the current offer (new offer of 70c a share combined script + cash) and that still puts the combined AVL TMT market cap at 260m, so plenty of room to sell for a profit or whatever they want to do.

the fact a better deal is out there is why so many of us are voting no. AVL need us, so they can buy TMT for AT minimum their own market cap of $120m which puts us at 57c a share.

It’s already BEEN CHOSEN back on September 25!!

You gave me Newcrest/Newmont deal so as to prove your point Lewis but - unfortunately for your claims - what that example shows is thar the prices/deal on the day the merger was presented has remained CONSISTENT for the last several months.

No YOYO price games!
Therefore the same is probably true here!
As far as the two companies are concerned Price Ratios on the day the implementation scheme was an announced have been ‘locked in’ ever since.
