What makes you think TMT have any intention whatsoever to release their costings (or their full financial model for the "integrated" project) at this late stage when they have refused to do so over the past 16 months, after repeatedly pushing back the "release date" from mid 2022 ? Wild horses won't make this company release their financial model, so investors will remain in the dark as to the viability of the project. And now this merger will potentially wipe clean the slate for all the deadlines for the deliverables and promises TMT made, and they will begin an even bigger, more complex, and ever more time consuming "integration study" for the two ore bodies. This was probably drag on for years. TMT has evolved into a "lifestyle" company for the management, same as AVL was under Agar.
