It would be crazy to tell the EPA anything of the sort, but I am maintaining my conspiracy theory that RCF have wanted nothing released that could hinder their 'control' of both the AVL and TMT's share price leading up to the merger announcent, and I would be shocked if that doesn't continue right up to the vote.

So who knows if it's even possible to have EPA permitting approval for TMT before this whole deal is across the line.
