In reality a 10 or 20% premium in favour of either AVL or TMT is irrelevant in the short term IMO. You either decide to stay in the basement for much longer or take the elevator to the top now. Once this S/P moves above 4 or 5 cent we are all winners. I believe AVL could go alone if they had to albeit it would take longer and the could be said about TMT.
