This merger is logical, inevitable really, it was always going to happen one way or another. Lots of gnashing of teeth here which as a TMT holder I get to a certain extent, but as a unified entity this should become an absolute power in the Vanadium space at a time where things are looking up for the metal. Some growing pains, yes, but ultimately this should work out well.
